I discovered a gem in Cartagena that offers excellent value for money. The rooms were clean and tidy, and I loved the convenient location just a short walk from the beach and key attractions. While the lack of an elevator was a bit of a workout, the overall experience was enjoyable. I appreciated the friendly service from the staff, who always made an effort to assist, but the noise from nearby parties could be a little overwhelming at times.
